Dropbox sync problem with Setlist app. Can't connect with Dropbox.
I am using an app called SetList on my IPad Pro. Its used for uploading songs charts. It uses Dropbox to upload from. Recently when I try to connect to Dropbox to upload a file, the Dropbox login page opens. I can enter my username. Its says welcome back and after I enter my password. it just spins the status square. I am running 13.1.3 on the Ipad. The Setlist app has not been updated in years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey BDP2025, thanks for the added info!
I have to agree with Rich here. The best course of action would be to update both Dropbox -if it hasn't been updated yet- and also check with Setlist about this issue.
If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way.

Thanks thats what I assumed. It worked last month so it's something that was changed recently

The Dropbox API has changed over the years and apps would need to be updated to continue working with those changes. If SetList hasn't been updated in years, that could be the problem.
You'll need to reach out to the developer of the app and ask for assistance from them. They're the ones that built the authentication process within their app. Dropbox can't support that. Only the developer can.

Please see screen grabs. The Dropbox is being accessed thru the setlist app. I am not going thru the Gropbox app nor a browser. Thanks

Would you mind clarifying the version of the Dropbox mobile app that you're using on your end?
Also, can you access our mobile app normally, without any issues outside of the Setlist app?
If you could send me a couple of step-by-step screenshots demonstrating the process that you follow that'd be great. Just make sure no personal info is visible.
