When you say it doesn't work, are you getting an error perhaps floater1?

 

Have you tried another browser or requesting the desktop version of the site?

Hi Walter. I have taken a screen shot, which is in my photos. I right clicked on this photo, selected copy , then hovered over the Dropbox reply box and selected paste, but nothing happens. The photo image does not paste. Is that the correct method

    Hi all, thanks for all your input to resolve my problem. I have found the solution, thank you.

    You needed to sign in to your Microsoft Account. when it asked you to sign in I took it to mean sign in to your Dropbox account.
