Excel files don't open on my phone even if when I allow access.

Recently, after I open my excel file from Dropbox, it prompts me to "Microsoft Office Integration would like to access to the files and folders in your Dropbox".  I Key "Allow".  But it does not open...

Just tried reinstalling, but it remains the same - it prompts me to "Microsoft Office Integration would like to access to the files and folders in your Dropbox".  I Key "Allow".  But it does not open the excel file.

Hey Lung, there's another user on a similar thread that used this workaround and it worked for them.

 

Can you try and let us know if it helps?

    Thank you.  It works.

     

    But now I have another issue ... I cannot use 'Remove From Recent' function to remove Excel, Word and PowerPoint file from MSOffice. Please advise

    Does it work without the workaround?
