How can I make edits to videos on Dropbox via CapCut without making a copy?
New to dropbox trying to take files out of dropbox into capcut, add an audio file and put it right back in the same folder without making a copy please help

And what are the steps you're following now and what is the behavior you're seeing on your end?

I also have the same question I'm trying to figure out how to edit videos directly from Dropbox in CapCut without creating duplicate copies. I just want to open the file, make edits (like adding audio), and save it back to the same Dropbox folder seamlessly. If anyone has a workflow or setting that allows this, please share!

Could you clarify where you're trying to right click the video, is this on the Dropbox site, or in the Dropbox folder itself?
Are you using these steps to download a file from the site?

I tried doing this tonight and had no luck, I was able to get into and link up with capcut but it never would let me make it work I'm not sure if its maybe because I was accidently added to a business team? I am trying to run the app on windows

Do you have a email I can send it to? I cant figure out how to screen shot, I took a picture of it on my phone but cant get it to work on my pc, and when I reply on my phone it wont let me add pictures

I appreciate the help! One more thought I right click on the video and it doesn't give me a download option, then I double click and it acts like it's downloading but then I go to put it in capcut and it resyncs, does that sound right?

I don't think so, I will check that out though! I'm new to all of it! Does adobe premiere elements offer the same option? I may use both editors at some point.
