I'm new to Dropbox, how do I sync data from one tablet to another?

Device
Samsung tablets
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
android
Question or Issue

Ive been introduced to Dropbox by an app I use called songbook pro. I use the app on two similar Samsung tablets. Both installations refer to the same account with the same name and password. I need to have an exact copy of the app data in both devices as a standby in case one device fails. I can copy the data from my 'master' tablet to dropbox but I'm not able to restore (the term used by the app) the data into my second device. I'm 82 so please treat me as a child of 10 when describing the solution. Thanks.

Hi dphilip, thanks for joining the Community!

To start with, we need to know how you connect your Songbook app to Dropbox on both devices.

It sounds like you signed in to Dropbox within Songbook on your master tablet. Have you done the same with your second tablet?

From some brief research on the web, I found this article from the Songbook site, which might help you out.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
