2 years agoWhat if you open a Word or Excel file to preview it in Dropbox and then tap the edit button to edit it?
Do the Word or Excel apps appear as an option for you?

Hello Hannah! I have checked, and yes, when I go to the file it opens in the Word app, but I cannot still save from the app, neither create a Word file in Dropbox. Just, save in the local storage and then upload it.

Josef25, hope it’s OK to chime in. Have you checked your Microsoft app to make sure you’re not logged in to more than one Dropbox accounts there?

Hi! No, its just one account of dropbox. I wanted to say that I tested with my cellphone and there it worked well. It is in the tablet that I have the problem.
