PDF Upload to Dropbox is not allowing Pre-existing fields

We are using an Adobe PDF fillable form. We have used the form before and it worked fine. We need the fillable sections (some text boxes, check boxes , etc) to transfer in to the Dropbox format.
We start by uploading the PDF, at that point we thought we should get a prompt that says âdo you want to use the predefined fieldsâ or something like that, and we would say yes. We donât get that prompt and the document in DropBox has static fields where they should be fillable.

2 years agoHi from me too, Jac711! Do you mean that this used to work in the past with Dropbox, or is it the first time youâre uploading this type of PDF to your Dropbox account?
Do you have similar PDFs to test this with? If yes, does the same thing keep happening?
