Hey bfluckiger - thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

I just wanted to mention that I've found your ticket in our system and passed your comments on. Apart from that, I can also see that the expert who's looking into your case replied back to you, so I'd recommend getting back to them directly with any additional questions you may have.
