    I'm having the same issue, where can I see the resolution for this? Just happened when our account came up for renewal.

    Following your post here, I ran a search on my end & I could see that you’re now discussing that with our team expert & they’ve now sent you a brief message back on this error message. Have you received their reply by any chance?  

    From there saas, as I’d like to expedite matters for you as much as I can on my end, I’ve sent you a brief message through our Official Support channel, just in order to check back on the info I have on file on my tools. I look forward to hearing back from you on this correspondence.

    I am having the same issue with one of my Salesforce Users, but haven't used Dropbox support before. Could we discuss how to resolve the issue here or via message?
