Script-thrown exception - Salesforce Documents
When the Documents Tab is clicked a "Script-thrown exception” error message is shown (screenshot below). This is only occuring for some users. [image removed]
- 7 years agoHi there, I removed the image since there were some private details on there.Would it be okay if we reach out to the email address associated with your forum profile to assist further on this matter?

7 years agoHey Kourt, while all similar reports are currently being reviewed by our team specialists, I understand your need & I’ll make sure to update the thread once I have more info to share on this matter.
Following your post here, I ran a search on my end & I could see that you’re now discussing that with our team expert & they’ve now sent you a brief message back on this error message. Have you received their reply by any chance?
From there saas, as I’d like to expedite matters for you as much as I can on my end, I’ve sent you a brief message through our Official Support channel, just in order to check back on the info I have on file on my tools. I look forward to hearing back from you on this correspondence.
Thanks to both for checking with us on the Dropbox Community!

Hi Jane,
I am having the same issue with one of my Salesforce Users, but haven't used Dropbox support before. Could we discuss how to resolve the issue here or via message?

Hi liveybeha; sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
As my colleague Jane isn't around at the moment, I'd love to help in her stead if you don't mind.
Would it be OK if I reached out to your Dropbox associated email address to have a further look internally?

Yes, please. Thanks Walter!
