Recent issue: Office for the web isn't supported on this browser

I am having this issue now-things were fine a week ago. Safari, MacBook air and on my iMac. Dropbox support ran me through the usual- clear cache, allow cookies, turn of tracking, etc. And I reinstal...

Hi nds999, and thanks for posting on our forum about this. 

 

Did you also try accessing Office for the web via a different web browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome, and it didn’t make any difference? 

 

Also, if you’ve been in touch with our support team, do you have a ticket number that you can send over? I’d like to check it, as well.
