Signature service down?

Anyone else having problems with the Signature service? I choose a file for signature, the screen comes up saying that it is preparing the document, and then the page goes blank. I've tried multiple ...

Hello, it's a one-page document.

 

I'm on the family plan. I'm guessing that might be the reason, although I get the popup that I get three included signatures per month.

Hi jas_mi, let's try one more thing: can you hold down the SHIFT button when this behavior happens, and click to refresh your browser?
