transfer photos via camera fia ftp
Hello
Is there an option to upload photos to my dropbox account via camera ?
I can do it in photoshelter via creation of ftp.photoshelter.com logging with my user name and password. Wonder if possible in Dropbox.
For example, via ftp or sftp via port 21
I'm doing it successfully with my canon wifi adapter via cell phone hotspot on photoshelter. Want to do same thing via Dropbox.
Thanks

Dropbox doesn't support FTP access. If your camera is on a network, it would need the ability to connect to Dropbox through the API. Otherwise you would need to transfer the files to your phone and let the Camera Uploads feature upload them through the Dropbox app.

Thanks but that's not what I'm looking for.
I know myself how to transfer from phone to Dropbox
The point is to transfer to Dropbox directly via camera and it's wifi transmitter, like I can do via creating ftp on photoshelter.
As I understand there is no way to do that

Correct, unless your camera has an app that can connect to Dropbox directly through the API. Such an app would typically be provided by the device manufacturer.
