When using the Litify integration the document is marked as sent but the user doesn't receive it.
I am not receiving any error message with the dropboxsign litify integration, but when I try and send through litify the paperwork for signature is being marked in litify as sent without anything being received by the signer.
I tried to send through the dropboxsign account and it worked- is anyone having issues with their salesforce/litify integration?

I'm not familiar with Litify or how it relates to Salesforce or Dropbox, but Salesforce is no longer a supported integration with Dropbox. See this help article for more information.
