Account hasn't been upgraded, even though I paid.
Paid my subscription late and changed billing method. Payment processed but still receiving error about I am over limit and not synching. I have tried to contact anyone about this with no success. ...

3 years agoHey there CynFun, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if you upgraded via the app store on a mobile device or through our website directly?
- CynFun3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I’m not sure 1) which device I would have used and 2) that I even upgraded at all! I keep receiving notifications that I am out of storage! I have never upgraded my account previously, so I would not have intentionally upgraded now.

If you have all the necessary billing info that we need, in order to look-up the charge, then I'd be happy to send you an email; in order for us to look into this CynFun!

That is just it… I DON’T HAVE ANY PROOF….Are you asking to see the charge on my CC? If there was a phone number I would call and sort this out. Or if someone would call me… [removed per the Community's Guidelines]
