Account hasn't been upgraded, even though I paid.

Paid my subscription late and changed billing method.  Payment processed but still receiving error about I am over limit and not synching.  I have tried to contact anyone about this with no success.  How do I get this resolved?

I’m not sure 1) which device I would have used and 2) that I even upgraded at all! I keep receiving notifications that I am out of storage! I have never upgraded my account previously, so I would not have intentionally upgraded now.

If you have all the necessary billing info that we need, in order to look-up the charge, then I'd be happy to send you an email; in order for us to look into this CynFun

That is just it… I DON’T HAVE ANY PROOF….Are you asking to see the charge on my CC? If there was a phone number I would call and sort this out. Or if someone would call me… [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

    Hi again CynFun, happy Monday!

I just wanted to mention that you can reach out to our support team for further assistance on this via this form.

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.

Once you do this and get a ticket ID from our system, feel free to share it with us here so that we can look it up too.
