Account Keeps Charging

I was being charged $12.78/month even though I was only signed up for a basic account. I deleted the account, but I'm still being charged. I need an actual customer service representative to email/speak with to help work this out.

    Basic accounts have no charges. If you're being charged and only had a Basic account, you're being charged for a different account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account.

    Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
