Account was cancelled since August 2021, reactivation now wants to charge me starting from 2021
My account was canceled since August 2021, I now chose to reactivate the account, but now it wants to charge me starting from 2021. Can someone explain how to rest the billing to the day I reactivate...

I can see youâve been in touch with our support team, as well. Since they have account visibility that we donât here on the forum, I suggest continuing with them directly. Iâve also left them an internal note with your convo here and they should get back to you as soon as possible.

This does sound a bit strange; would you mind sending us a screenshot showing that you're required to be billed, starting 2021?
Just make sure to edit out any sensitive info on the screenshot, before uploading.
