Being billed 11.99 monthly but show a basic plan on the website
HI, I'subscribed to this service on my MacBook Pro laptop using PayPal - about 7 months ago. I'm being billed 11.99 monthly, but show a "basic" (free) plan on the DropBox website. Since I'm not using the service I'm ready to cancel but have not been able to successfully do that.
The phone number on the PayPal account invoice is "not in service", I've sent an email to DropBox customer support...
and have not gotten a response, have been all over the website but have not been successful.
I don't use this service and am ready to cancel.

Hi there, thia1, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Is it possible that the account you had upgraded and are accessing from your laptop, is not the same as the one you're accessing from the website?
If you click on the Dropbox icon in your menu bar, then on your initials/profile pic, then on "preferences" and then on "account", do you see the same email address as the one in your account online here?
Let me know what you find.
