Black Friday Deal email
Hello,
I received an email from Dropbox to upgrade my account with a 25% discount.
It's December 1st, and the offer ends December 2nd. When I click on it, it tells me it's no longer available.
Is the offer still on the table?
Thank you.
After trading multiple emails finally received the discount again.

Should I send you a screenshot of the email as well?
I got the email as well, but I was waiting until today because I was waiting for my pay to hit my account.
Also, I had the payment page set up for me to take care of today. On that page, it said "until December 2nd". I refreshed the page. Now it's saying "deal expired". - Walter4 years ago

- Antonio Segurado4 years agoHelpful | Level 6No solution and I am confused as a user. Now they’re claiming my email was unofficial. This whole situation probably predicts the bad support dropbox has. I am badly impressed by Dropbox throwing fake discounts.

I checked your ticket and I can see that the issue was that you didn’t reply back from the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here; this has nothing to do with the discount email you received.
