Can I continue to use my free account without upgrading to a paid one?

I have a free basic account. Can I continue to use this without upgrading to a paid account?

    Of course you can continue using your free Basic account without upgrading.

     

    You can upgrade, if you need to, at some point, but if you don't want to, you don't have to.
