Cancel subscription button isn't showing up.
I can't figure out where the cancel plan button is on my manage account tab. I would like to cancel my plan as it states that I will be charged if I do not. Any help would be appreciated.

I registered my subscription on PC but I’ve tried unsubscribing on both. I went to my phone to download the Dropbox app and it only shows that my plan is the Essential Plan.
There is no “manage my subscription” or anything relating to cancelling it. I tried pressing on the “your plan” tab and it does not do anything unfortunately.
Dropbox does not allow me to contact customer support with my plan either despite it being a trial of the Essential version, so I have no clue what is happening.

Did that just now. My manage account page looks the same unfortunately. Still no option to cancel trial 😞 I can't contact customer support either.

Try to visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account.
Don't worry, you still have plenty of time to cancel the trial plan. You have until October 9th, according to your screenshot
