It won't let me create an account using my email that I used when I cancelled the business account. I tried changing the password and it still will not let me. Why is this so challenging. I made a mistake, I did not want a business team plan. I wanted to downgrage or cancel depending on which was the best route. The route I was advised has it that I cannot create an account. How many screen captures are needed to explain that or is everything on this platform managed by chatbots.
