Help ! I have a problem to delete my account, when I try to delete it's show only 2 buttons which is "keep my account" and "Manage subscriptions" So, when I click on "Manage subscriptions" button, It'll redirect me to the Subscriptions Page and there's no Cancel trial button were found. If you're a Plus/Pro/Paying customer etc with an valid payment credit/debit card stored on your Dropbox account, can your account and data still be deleted if there is inactivity for over 1 year? Has anyone experienced this, I created a business team account by mistake and wanted to cancel and start over. I asked the chatbot if I should cancel my trail plan and start over or downgrade. They advised me to cancel the account. I did so and now when I try to create a new account with a basic plan I cannot do so for 30 days. This is the info on canceling a free trial. But when I go to settings there is no plan tab (number 3 on list). I cannot do numbers 4 through 8. If you signed up for a free trial on a computer, you can cancel the trial on dropbox.com. You’ll receive an email confirmation that your free trial has been canceled. If you signed up with a credit card, your plan will be changed to Dropbox Basic at the end of your trial period. I never signed up for this service. None of my email accounts show a subscription. When I try to delete the account, everything is greyed out. I am unable to see the email associated with the account because again everything is greyed out. There are no files saved on the account and I believe this is fraud especially since there is no way to contact customer support directly to have this resolved. I emptied a dropbox account (as in downloaded everything I needed) then deleted the dropbox account. I did not cancel or downgrade the subscription to a free one before deleting the account so now the monthly fee is being deducted.
