I keep getting billing notification even though I deleted my account

Hello.

 

I canceled my subscription and deleted my old account. I got verification that my account was deleted. Now I still keep getting billing notifications to email from that account. I created this new account to post here and ask what is going on.

 

Any help for this?

    Are the latest charges you received from Dropbox, or iTunes/Google Play? 

     

    If they’re coming directly from Dropbox, please insert the 12-digit transaction ID that should be linked to them here, and let me know if the email address you see is the same as the one tied to your previous Dropbox account.

      Hello. Thanks for the answer.

       

      Maybe I was not clear enough with my post. Let me clarify:

       

      I had old account with free trial. I closed the subscription and deleted account on 19th of September 2023.

       

      Now few days ago I received email that the free trial is ending and billing will continue if I don't cancel it (see the picture below). So nothing has been billed (yet).

       

       

      All I want to know is that I don't get automatically charged on my cancelled subscription and deleted account for some strange reason...

       

      After I saw that email I created new account to make this post.  I used the same email on the first account that I have on this one.

        Hey JT23, sorry to jump in here, but could you let us know if you received the email before or after deleting your account and cancelling your trial? 

         

        Does tapping on the "Manage your Trial" option re-direct you somewhere?
