I deleted my account; can I get a prorated refund?

I had a Dropbox plus account for which I paid a whole year ending in April 2023. I deleted the account by mistake and it seems that my files are completely gone. Is that the case? If so, do I get a partial refund for the seven months that are already paid for?

You can try asking Support, but in most cases, refunds are only available when legally required (i.e. UK Cooling-off period, etc.).
