Cancelling a subscription for a business I am no longer with

I am wanting to cancel a DB subscription I had with a previous company. 

The 6 digit code gets sent to an email address I no longer have access to so I cannot access the business account to cancel the subscription

Can anyone at DropBox help me or has anyone faced this problem before and managed to solve it

    As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

     

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

     

    Keep me updated with any progress!
