I have an old expired email that I no longer have access to. I believe I am still being charged for that account and not the one I have active, but when I try to login it is sending me a verification code that I cannot get.
How can I cancel this reccuring payment that I cannot even benefit from.
Thank you

Hi chiamami, I'm here to help!
If you wish, I can send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this charge, and see how we can help on our end. Would that be okay?
Keep me posted!

Can you please contact me as well? I was the original poster with the same issue.
I tried logging into the billing page without being signed in as Rich suggested but it is not working. I would like someone from dropbox to contact me please to help me navigate this issue and cancel my old account.
