Cannot cancel my Dropbox subscription
I am not an idiot. Dropbox will NOT let me cancel my account. What is up with Dropbox?

I'm having same issue. Same situation. I remember my old work email and password that I used to login but the 2FA is not helping as the email is now dead and no one has access to it. Getting charged for nothing now.

Contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to block the payment. That's how I stopped it. It was the only way I could. This should not be happening.

I blocked the card payments. I'm having this same conversation with someone at the moment (I think you could see the thread by clicking on my profile?)
It's become very evident that there is a fault with their IT/support system and the only way to get it sorted is by directly speaking to someone at dropbox (which is incredibly hard to do). Given how long this issue has been going on, going by the amount of people posting this question for literally years, with hardly any of them getting a resolution in the comment thread, it's safe to say this is a very large scale and well orchestrated scam.
