Can't cancel my subscription
I've tried all the online help multiple times to cancel my account/subscription. What an impossible mess. I've been with Dropbox for several decades. I sold my business and I no longer need Dropbox. ...

I only use Safari. Will not use Chrome. No idea how to do a private browsing window. Sorry. I've sent several emails to your support team - last week and this week. I've NEVER heard from them. Is there a way you can cancel and delete my account? I'm VERY frustrated and tired of spending my time dealing with something that should be easy to accomplish!

BTW I don't have problems like this with other websites. Don't hide behind your system failure. It's not my fault.

I sent two emails, days apart, to support. I NEVER heard a peep from them. I'm tired of having to take more and more time just to cancel my account/subscription. Why must you, your system, punish a two-decade-long user who just wants to leave after selling their business?
