Can't upgrade from Essentials - "This account is already connected to a Dropbox account for teams"
Happy Easter!
I have a Dropbox essentials plan.
I want to upgrade my plan to a Dropbox Business plan, because I want to add users.
This is what happens when I want to upgrade:

Super User II
That means you are already in a Business Plan as a user or within a Team set up (as the error says). You need to leave the Business plan or dissolve/leave the Team first.
