I want to download an invoice for December 2024, however I can't access my Billing area anymore - all it tells me is "Something went wrong while retrieving your billing history. I urgently need to upgrade my plan because I am out pf storage, but this "Your plan and billing information are managed externally" is the message I receive when I try to upgrade. I have found which of my google accounts my subscription is connected to in the Google play store, but there I am only able to unsubscribe or resubscribe from my existing plan. The button to "manage" my subscription there only gives me the option to change my payment method. I literally am willing to give you (Dropbox) more money in the form of upgrading so it's extremely infuriating to not be able to. I am considering switching to a different cloud storage host other than Dropbox if I cannot get this fixed before April 2nd (when my subscription supposedly renews).
