Changing Owner to Update Payment Info
Hello, The owner of the folders that are shared with me is no longer working with me and we're not in contact. I'd like to renew the subscription and make myself the new owner of my folders in Dropbo...

Thanks for the screenshots, Rolene!
If the owner of the folders has left the folders, they'll become "orphaned", that's why you don't see an owner there.
In this case, you cannot become the owner of those folders.
Alternatively, you can create new folders and copy the contents of the old ones into the new ones, so that you can become the owner of the new folders.
