Did not sign up for Dropbox Plus, but I'm being billed for it.
I did not actively sign up to Dropbox Plus, and was not aware that I was being billed for a service that I did not authorise. I barely use the app, and have never
I would like to be refunded for this mistake, and have my subscription cancelled.
However, I've found that there is no way for me to directly contact a customer service assistant, and all I am provided with is an AI chatbot and FAQs. The website says that I need to have a 'paid subscription' to be able to contact dropbox correctly. This is just outrageous, customer service should be free. The funny thing is, is that my actual PROBLEM is that I am being charged $18.49 monthly for a paid account that I didn't sign up for, and I cant access proper support because apparently I don't have a 'paid subscription'.
How can I get a refund for these charges?

Are the charges in question credit card charges or are they coming to your iTunes/Google Play account?
If they are credit card charges, try using our payment lookup tool; this will show you the email address associated with the account you're paying for.
It sounds like it's not the one you're using to contact us now, so perhaps it's another account you own and can sign in to.
