Double Charges on Dropbox
Hi, I have been double charged for your service and my account downgraded. How do I speak to someone as I don't live my life on message boards ?

이에 대해 결제 페이지에 무엇이 표시됩니까? 거기에도 이중 청구가 보이나요?
그렇지 않은 경우 결제 조회 도구를 통해 청구 내역을 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.
두 요금 모두 동일한 Dropbox 계정에 대해 청구된 것으로 표시되나요?

What do you see in your Billing page about this? Do you see the double charges there as well?
If not, I would suggest verifying the charges through our payment lookup tool.
Does it show that both charges are for the same Dropbox account?

결제 페이지에서는 1개의 결제 청구서만 있지만 제가 카드를 바꾸면서 결제된 내역에는 119.88달러가 같은시간 총 2번 결제되어서 1회를 환불해달라는 이야기입니다.
당사의 전산을 확인하면 되지 않을까요?

Hi leesangwon, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
