Dropbox business advanced unlimited space activation

I activated the business advanced trial, but unfortunately the space is limited to 3Tb.
I really need to upload more files, so I entered my billing information and my paypal account. Unfortunately the trial continues to be active and I don't have unlimited space available.
How can I do? Thank you

And in my profile i see that 2% of space is used from 4TB space and business plan is for unlimited space so, do we get unlimited space?

You start with 4TB but your space will be increased automatically as you approach your limit. Once you reach a certain amount of space, you'll contact Support for additional increases.

No, you don't have to pay. If you're on the Business Advanced plan you can have as much space as you need. You just don't get it all at once. More space is added to your account as you need it.

In another thread, we are being forced to have increment of 1tb per month only for Dropbox Business Advanced

May I know if you are able to speak to the team to reverse this policy?
