help with information unlimited storage
Hello, I bought a business account and it tells me unlimited storage but I see that only 3tb appears, what should I do?
What do I have to do to get unlimited storage to appear?
pay license for 3 users thank you very much

You just need to message support and ask.

Your account is unlimited. You are given more as and when you need it - usually when you hit 75% OR you can message and ask for more when using space up.

But I shouldn't pay anything more to request storage? in google drive they demanded more users and each user $36, that's why I went to dropbox - Mark3 years ago
