Dropbox keeps trying to charge me and I have the free option. How the heck can I get ahold of support? This is absolutely ridiculous

Since the payment hasn't went through I don't have a transaction ID. Is there a way to delete my whole entire account?

If you check your bank statement, do you only see Dropbox next to these charges or is there also a reference to Apple/Google, as well?

Is it possible that you joined a free Dropbox trial from the app on your phone at some point?
If so, can you follow these steps, to see if it's possible to cancel it?
