Dropbox Plus subscription not showing on my account
Purchased and was charged for dropbox plus, but it's not showing the increased storage allowance - only that I have paid and the allowance is stuck at my personal allowance

thank you for replying. Yes, there is an both an invoice and a receipt, payment, status says completed. The receipt also says payment approved. It has been taken from my account. My bank statement says Dropbox CCHELP IE.
I upgraded directly on the dropbox site.

9 months agoThanks for the info, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
