Haven't received my prorated refund after joining a Dropbox team
My Dropbox Plus subscription was automatically canceled after being accidentally merged with a Dropbox team account. I have not yet received a refund of $105.43 for this canceled subscription.

When did you join the Dropbox team, which cancelled your Plus subscription?
If it was during the weekend, it would make sense if the money hasn't returned to your account yet, but it should happen soon, now that the new week has started.
As for your plan, I'm afraid we can't change it for you.
If you don't want to be a member of this Dropbox team, you'll need to ask the admin of the team, to remove you and convert your account back to a free individual one.
Once that's done, you should be good to re-upgrade to your preferred personal plan.
