Stuck cancel trial button again..
tried to cancel the trial in explorer, chrome and safari, but page simply reloads
Trial expires 4th of may, so any help would come in handy ;)

Could you try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely?

 

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi Jay,

    Did the following:


    1. Cleared cache and resetted browser settings google chrome
    2. Visited dropbox normal and incognito, hit the cancel button but without succes

     

    3. Cleared cache and resetted browser settings microsoft edge
    4. Visited dropbox normal, hit the cancel button but again without succes

     

    Any more suggestions?

    Can I contact someone from billing to explain the situation?
