How can I change my plan from Dropbox Essentials to Family?

Hi,

I am on the essentials plan and would like to change to the family plan.

I do not see the option when I click on the upgrade plan inside Dropbox web portal.

How do I change the plan to family plan?

Can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

I tested that as well and clicking the "Get Dropbox Family" link just takes you to the following page with the message "You're already on Dropbox Essentials" message at the top of the page.

Send support a message via www.dropbox.com/support. There are certain combinations of accounts that cannot upgrade to Family direct (e.g. extended version history users) or those in some regions.
