How can I get a refund for a charge on my PayPal account?
HELLO --
I'm here only because I was charged for an account that I do not have. I have shown Dropbox evidence that they took money from me via paypal and on my bank account statement. But they act like they cannot find it. I've shown proof!!! How do I reach someone who will help me???

He keeps saying that my documents don't prove anything and that he can't find the charge. So I need help from someone who will be more deligent.
