How long does a refund take to process?
Hi, I was auto-charged for an annual dropbox subscription and have been notified by my bank that a refund is pending action by Dropbox. How long will the refund take to process?

Generally, refunds take 3-5 business days for them to get processed in the system and for the amount to return to your payment provider.

I have been waiting for 18 days for a refund DropBox initiated on 9/11/23. To this day it STILL shows as "pending" on the Dropbox website. My bank has no record of even an attempt to complete this transaction and no records of any errors. Seriously, what is going on?!

No one has contacted me and it has now been over 3 weeks since the refund was issued. I don't understand why such a simple transaction is taking so long. Is Dropbox experiencing financial difficulties?

It's been more than 20 days, I haven't gotten back my refund amount from dropbox.

What is your ticket number? A Dropboxer may be able to check on the status of your ticket.
