How many days do I need to wait to get back refund money?

How many day to wait to get back refund money from drop box? How to track refund status? My ticket no is #22637975   Thanks

    Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to be processed. If it's been more than a week since the refund was processed by our support team, you can contact your bank for further assistance.
