How to remove my credit card info from payment after unsubscribed plans?
Dear Dropbox Support,
I would like to remove my card from my account billing information. I have just cancelled my free trial as I no longer need to use the product, but I cannot see the option to remove the card I linked to my account.
Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately I'm dealing with the same issue. I returned to Basic account but still can't remove my credit card. I tried other browser too but didn't work.
