I am trying to update my billing information, but it fails.

I am trying to update my billing information and my debit card that works fine is not accepted. I hit the 'submit' button and nothing happens. The card works file. I don't see my billing address anywhere in the system and if it is then that would be the problem as I moved a year ago. Any ideas of what it could be?

    so I searched the forum which I guess I should have done first and someone else was having the same problem and people were giving suggestions.

     

    Instead of using Firefox, I switched to Chrome and it worked fine.

    We are having the same issue as the customer above.
    We use Google Chrome and cannot get the credit card information to update and renew our subscription.

    Please help.

    Clear your browser's cache/browsing history and try again, or try another browser.

    That is still not working but yet it shows the payment method has been updated.

    At what point will it re-run the card?

    If it shows that the new payment method has been updated, then there's nothing for you to worry about. We will make several attempts to re-bill you for a few days after your renewal date.
