I cancelled my subscription and I'm still being charged by Dropbox.

in January I canceled my dropbox account and I'm still being charged.  my transaction ID on my credit card is strange. it only says dropbox db.tt/cchelp IRL.  

so I can't login due to my account being cancelled and I can't find any helpful advice to cancel the payments.

    You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

    Hi Rich I can't login to my account because I already deleted it. so I can't log in to contact Dropbox customer service.

    I tried to login with my other mailadres and im being referred to all these different articles but not this specific problem.. I deleted my account but I'm still being charged on my creditcard

    You need to visit the Support page while you're NOT logged in. If you sign in with any account, you'll only see the support options for THAT account.

    When you're filling in the form, choose Other for the account. Don't sign in.
