I can't cancel my subscription as I don't have the email address/password.
Need to cancel a subscription but email domain no longer exists and I forgot the password.
i filled out Dropbox’s form in November and mailed it in.I am still getting charged.

10 months agoHi again, Epicure1959! It looks like your ticket was sent to an unmonitored queue. Did you log it while being signed in to your Dropbox account perhaps?
