2 years agoHi dianasimpson, have you checked that the emails you're receiving asking you to cancel, are going to the same email address, as the one you have linked to your Dropbox account?
Is there a chance that you have two Dropbox accounts?

This is the email I received. This is very frustrating. I did not upgrade to Plus. I don't have the option to cancel the trial on my account.
